Off The Clock Charters ~ Can You Pick Just One?
12 Hour Red Snapper Charter
Charter departs at 5 am or 7 am and return at 5 pm or 7 pm
From 80 to 120 miles offshore
Our main targets on this offshore fishing charter will be Red Snapper, Red Grouper and Vermilion Snapper as well as any other species that are in season in the mix.
12 Hour Gag Grouper Charter
Charter departs at 5 am
100+ miles out offshore
This fishing charter will stop for live bait on the way out and then travel to the land of giant gags. Big Amber Jack, Red Snapper, Scamp Grouper, Red Grouper and Vermilion Snapper are common bycatch on these trips.
10 Hour Middle Ground Charter
Charter departs at 6:30 am
This charter will take you to the famous Florida Middle Grounds. We will be targeting Red Grouper, Vermilion Snapper, Lane Snapper and Mangrove Snapper.
8 Hour Near Shore Meat Charter
Charter departs at 7 am
From 40-60 ft.
We will be targeting Mangrove Snapper, Hog Fish, Lane Snapper, Pink Mouth Grunts and Black Sea-Bass on this charter. This trip will produce a load of fish without having to go as far or spend as much.
8 Hour Sheepshead Charter
Charter departs at 7 am
We will be targeting Sheepshead and Hog Fish during this offshore fishing charter. Light tackle and hard fighting fish make for an action packed day.
Frequently Asked Fishing Charter Questions
~Family-Friendly Fishing Charters~
We are a family friendly fishing charter company that welcomes the entire family, children included. Please note pets are not allowed unless discussed prior with Captain Shan Roper. This should go without saying, but NO illegal drugs allowed on the dock or in our boat.
~Payment~
A $500 deposit is required to secure your fishing charter date with final payment due the day of charter. Deposit is paid via Square invoice. Final payment may be paid by cash, check or credit card with an added processing fee.
~Additional Expenses~
A good first mate is crucial for safe and efficient boat operation, especially on fishing charters. Tips for our First Mate are left to your discretion and not included in our charter price.
Certain charters are charter cost plus fuel. When choosing this charter the fuel costs can range therefore they are determined at the dock once charter is completed.
~Departure~
Your offshore fishing charter departs promptly from Sea Hag Marina where you will board our 36’ Contender with Triple 350 Suzuki's engines. Finding our fishing spots is easy because Off the Clock Charters only uses top of the line electronics! Our boat is equipped with Furuno .
~Refund and Cancellation Policy~
Charter reservations canceled 30 days or more to charter reserved date will be refunded. If less than 30 days to charter reservation date, your charter date will be rescheduled for another date. Payment of invoice serves as your acknowledgment and agreement to Off the Clock Charters terms. Thank you for your understanding, we appreciate your business.
